Job Summary
Payments Analyst at RiseGuide (SKELAR) will take full ownership of the product's payment infrastructure, driving financial analytics, optimizing payment flows, and conducting monetization tests. The role focuses on risk metrics (VAMP, fraud rate, dispute rate), tax load optimization, and deploying ROI-positive initiatives while scaling payment capabilities. Candidates should have 2+ years of analytics or related experience, strong financial modeling skills, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL; Tableau experience is a plus. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership are essential to influence the product’s financial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, auditing (Big4), corporate finance, investment management, or payments
- ability to build complex financial models and work with Excel/Google Sheets and large data sets
- experience with SQL and Tableau is a strong plus
- understanding of payment processing (MIDs, PSP, chargebacks, routing) is a plus
- experience in business processes management, identifying growth points, initiating changes, and implementing ROI-positive initiatives
- entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to scale in new environments
- high ownership and ability to influence business outcomes
- ability to argue and make decisions independently
