Job Summary
Lead strategic change projects end-to-end from initiation through to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Partner with Product and Technology teams to oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled payments solutions. Develop and communicate the project roadmap and priorities to key stakeholders while establishing governance to ensure alignment throughout the firm. Manage cross-functional teams across Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions to drive accountability and deliver expected outcomes. Identify emerging risks and dependencies, implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum. Lead high-performing squads toward delivery milestones within a matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong industry experience
- Experience with using AI tools
- Experience managing strategic change for business products
- Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of complex change projects
- Ability to build consensus and deliver projects in a highly collaborative, cross-functional and matrixed environment
- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of functions
- Excellent leadership skills – of projects and delivery teams/squads
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas / challenges effectively
- Strong agile delivery experience in a productized environment
Desired Qualifications
- A product delivery and/or data and analytics background
- Experience and technical knowledge of AI, payments, data platforms, cloud
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Data Science, Engineering or other related area
