Job Summary
Lead large-scale strategic change programs end-to-end, managing Payments AI transformation initiatives from initiation through delivery while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Partner with Product, Technology, and firmwide groups to oversee solution design, development, testing, and implementation. Develop and communicate program roadmaps to stakeholders and senior management, establishing governance to ensure alignment and driving accountability across cross-functional teams. Identify and manage emerging risks, dependencies, and contingencies to maintain momentum. Coach team members and contribute to group objectives. This role supports the Chief Data & Analytics Office's strategy to harness data for innovation in the AI-enabled payments landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Proven strong years of industry experience
- Experience managing strategic or transformational change for business products
- Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of large scale, complex change programs
- Ability to build consensus and deliver programs in a highly collaborative, cross-functional and matrixed environment
- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of functions
- Excellent leadership skills – of programs, initiatives, and delivery teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas / challenges effectively
- Line team management and cross-functional matrix management experience
Desired Qualifications
- A strong product delivery and/or data and analytics background
- Experience and technical knowledge of AI, payments, data platforms, cloud
- Strong agile delivery experience in a productized environment
- Experience with using AI tools
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Data Science, Engineering or other related area
