Job Summary
Payment Systems Specialist II responsible for processing ACH originations and returns, share drafts, ATM, bill pay and Zelle inquiries; manage daily share draft exception processing and file generation for posting; address Zelle processing issues; collaborate with bill pay provider to resolve member payment inquiries; process ATM adjustments/returns and review ATM deposit images; generate and process ACH files, review file exceptions, and reconcile related general ledger accounts; research discrepancies, manage department tickets, and provide guidance to Payment Systems Level I staff; contribute to process improvements and departmental projects while ensuring compliance with policies and federal/state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college preferred; minimum of two years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
