Job Summary
Analyze and complete reconciliation of all electronic digital payments tied to credit card, PayPal, eGiftCards, eWallet, and Campaigns, including settlements, refunds, adjustments, disputes, inquiries, and chargebacks. Reconcile digital payments for Scholastic Book Club, Magazines, Education, and/or Book Fairs. Troubleshoot any digital payment processing or operational issues and work with programmers to identify root causes and perform corrective actions. Prioritize workload to ensure all databases, spreadsheets, and reporting are kept current and meet all deadlines. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding privileged information and customer data while adhering to PCI Compliance and Security Guidelines. Full-time regular position in Missouri with an hourly rate of $19.75 - $20.75.
Required Qualifications
- Computer experience
- Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following systems: Fusion, Oracle EBS, AS400, and/or CIS
- Knowledge of Collections &/or Accounts Receivable functions
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Experience in assigning priorities, meeting deadlines, & sound decision making
- Proficient working alone and as part of team
- Adaptable to change
- Exceptional work ethic
- Above average attendance
- Commitment to follow all PCI Compliance and Security Guidelines
