Job Summary
Own the end-to-end payment process, from generating proposals and managing holds to coding and releasing final payment files. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established payment controls while supporting manual payment activities and onboarding new countries into the Shared Service Center. Prepare payment proposals and process approved supplier and employee payments with precision. Review and recommend updates to Accounts Payable policies and procedures to align with market and industry changes. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and present innovative solutions. Required Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including Travel & Expenses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, deadline‐driven, and customer‐focused
- A collaborative problem‐solver who can work with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hands‐on experience with accounting and financial systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
