Job Summary
Lead the financial support team to ensure smooth daily fund switching transactions for MPF, ORSO, Macau and other pension funds, and deliver timely, high-quality special projects. Drive customer-centric outcomes by understanding customer needs, owning end-to-end processes, and collaborating across teams to enhance the customer journey. Key responsibilities include ensuring day-to-day fund operation, overseeing earnings allocation and rebate processing, directing ad hoc reports and projects (including system automation and workflow improvements), and managing fund setups and client inquiries. Requires a university degree in Business/Finance, 7+ years of experience with at least 3 in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of MPF/ORSO/Macau/JF/APF schemes, with demonstrated analytical, cross-functional collaboration and governance skills.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Comprehensive knowledge of MPF / ORSO / Macau pension / JF fund / APF schemes and investment-related operations
- Strong expertise in fund operations and pension schemes including fund switching and related financial calculations
- Solid knowledge of financial operations, controls, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
- Experience with process improvement, system enhancement, and workflow automation
