Job Summary
Regulatory Operations Associate within the Global Regulatory Operations team supporting the Payments business. Responsibilities include weekly scanning of regulatory developments, interpreting new and revised regulations and assessing impact to the Payments business, cross-product impact analysis, reviewing intake submissions for regulatory scope, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery, managing key stakeholders and leading effective meetings, maintaining regulation inventory, and contributing to the team's knowledge base and key metrics. Requires 4+ years in regulatory reporting, understanding of DGSD/PSD2, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication with global partners. Additional preferred skills include knowledge of JIRA & Confluence and fluency in another European language.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting or similar role
- Proven understanding of Payments Products & related regulations such as DGSD & PSD2
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements & products
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build relationships with global cross-functional partners
- Agile in changing priorities as new requirements come
- Fluency in English
