Payment Processing Specialist

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients utilizing ACH, Wires, Host-to-Host, and API payment channels, guiding them through onboarding, testing, and implementation. Troubleshoot transaction issues, explain payment workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions. Execute payment transactions per documented procedures, ensure accuracy in reconciliation and reporting, and escalate discrepancies per defined protocols. Adhere to regulatory and security standards while supporting audits and collaborating with IT and Operations teams to resolve issues efficiently. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and participate in quality assurance reviews. Work 100% in-office in Tampa, FL, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and white-glove service within a structured financial operations environment.
