Payment Processing Product Manager - Vice President

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product delivery for payment processing, shaping product strategy and roadmap, managing discovery and market research, owning and refining the product backlog, and driving KPIs to optimize cost, functionality, risk, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners, communicate vision to stakeholders, and mentor junior product managers while developing automation strategies to scale payment systems and platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making in payment processes
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and understanding of statistical methods
- Familiarity with data preparation techniques
- Skills in managing large datasets
