Payment Posting Analyst

Kirby Medical Center seeks a detail-oriented Payment Posting Analyst to compile itemized hospital bills, verify patient insurance coverage, post payments, and deposit funds, while assisting with cost reporting. The role collaborates with Admitting, Medical Records, and the Billing department to resolve issues and process EFTs. Responsibilities include posting payments, working with Accounting on issue resolution, handling EFT coordination with vendors, answering calls professionally, and maintaining organized operations under stress. Must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, provide excellent patient interaction, and possess health insurance knowledge; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
