Job Summary
Payment Performance Manager I, a contributor role focused on payment performance, analytics, and cross-functional coordination within Expedia Global Payments. Responsibilities include building and using automation (including AI/ML tools) to enhance KYC workflows and onboarding, programmatically assessing operational performance of payment products and methods, designing and interpreting KPIs, dashboards, and reports; coordinating with Payment Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and external partners; and driving continuous improvements to payment products, onboarding, and experiences across regions. Preferred qualifications include experience with AI/ML-driven tools for anomaly detection, dashboards (Tableau), and cross-functional program management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience
