Job Summary
Analyst in Payment Operations is responsible for processing a range of payments (high-value, low-value, and cheque processing), coordinating with regional support teams, investigating and resolving day-to-day queries, ensuring transactions comply with local regulations and internal controls, collaborating with Sales, Bankers, and Client Services Representatives, and developing Intelligent Automation solutions to improve processes. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented individuals with strong Thai and English communication, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from university
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Good command of written and spoken Thai and English is mandatory
- PC skills and able to use advanced Excel function
- Ability to multitask
