Job Summary
Process, monitor, balance, and resolve exceptions for incoming and outgoing ACH transactions, including disputes, returns, stop payments, and reclamations. Maintain debit and credit card services by handling account updates, closures, limit changes, and restrictions. Review Remote Deposit Capture transactions to identify potential fraud, process exceptions, and adjust member deposit limits. Establish and maintain ACH, wire, Treasury Management, and Business Online Banking services for business members. Research and resolve payment-related questions from members and team members, providing timely follow-up. Process mail payments and support daily operations for Credit Union owned credit lines. Maintain department procedures and recommend improvements that strengthen efficiency, controls, and member service. Work full-time in a sedentary environment with occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years' experience working in a financial institution, ACH or Credit and Debit card operations
Desired Qualifications

- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with other banking software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- A self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills when researching discrepancies and resolving payment-related issues
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while meeting established processing deadlines
