Payment Operations Associate II

Oversee back office and banking operations, including tasks related to Consumer Identification Program (CIP), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), account reconciliations, transaction processing, and claim resolutions for Consumer Directed Healthcare and Health Savings Account inquiries. Meet daily productivity goals by managing priority client tickets and responding to work requests within defined SLAs. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues that pose financial risks to the company while monitoring trends to proactively address potential processing issues. Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager to support overall business objectives and operational improvements.
