Job Summary
Lead and support sanctions and AML screening within the Global Screening Operations (GSO) team. Ensure that data and formats are submitted for screening, and that policies and procedures support a robust sanction screening program with all required transaction data screened. Coordinate with the global team to meet cutoffs and SLAs, set clear objectives for staff, provide feedback on quality and production, monitor the control environment surrounding technical, financial, and operational processes, support sanctions screening research, and undertake various functions to ensure deadlines and controls are met. The GSO operates across multiple global sites (Manila, Mumbai, Tampa, Hyderabad, and Singapore) in a 24/7 model. Preferred skills include sanctions, compliance/client list screening or AML experience, payment processing knowledge, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with MS Office tools.
