Job Summary
Payment Data Analyst needed to join LuxExperience’s payment team in Milan. Collect, manage and analyze online payments data to identify trends, patterns and KPIs; generate reports for C-Level decisions; utilize Power BI/Looker to present findings; collaborate with IT, Finance, Fraud Prevention, and Legal to ensure operational excellence; work with product teams to implement data-driven improvements; 2+ years of experience in a structured e-commerce environment; strong SQL/ETL skills and data modeling; fluent in English and Italian; degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering preferred; hybrid work model in Milan; exposure to payment processing, acquiring and fraud tools is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI/Looker/MicroStrategy)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Google Suite
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering is preferred
