Job Summary
Analyst III responsible for conducting both systemic and targeted analysis to identify reimbursement errors and determine root cause; leads development and review of test plans and scripts, collaborates with Configuration, IT, UAT, and market stakeholders, and provides payment expertise at provider meetings and industry events; analyzes regulatory items and policy manuals to ensure test scenarios align with requirements; validates and approves UAT scripts and MCA tests; documents testing status and gaps, and communicates findings to leadership; supports execution of corrective actions and continuous improvement in claims testing and reimbursement processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Five years of health plan experience required
- Experience with user testing required
- Experience with payment methodologies and industry pricers (ex: DRG, APC, SNF, RBRVS) preferred
