Payment Control Strategy & Transformation Lead - Executive Director

Executive Director leading Payments Controls Strategy and Transformation for Global Payments Controls. Define strategic direction for the Payments Controls organization, socialize with stakeholders, and mobilize the global team. Lead a PMO to support programs, drive delivery of initiatives, and surface risks to strengthen the control framework. Build executive-level materials for meetings with Payments business and controls leadership; shape future operating models, governance frameworks, and risk-mitigation strategies. Demonstrate capability to work with geographically distributed teams, influence senior leaders, and drive change across complex end-to-end workflows. Strong emphasis on strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
