Job Summary
Payment Client Onboarding Manager, Vice President leads end-to-end onboarding from solution finalization through contract execution, testing, and go-live. Partners with sales, product, legal, compliance, operations, and technology to define scope, plan and run projects, and resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities include serving as the single point of contact for deal deliverables and client satisfaction, leading client-facing workshops to refine solutions and scope, establishing project plans and timelines, coordinating with global teams to deliver cross-entity implementations, ensuring adherence to controls and regulatory policies, and driving initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Experience in cash management, treasury, and enterprise payment systems (ISO formats, SFTP, API, SWIFT) and familiarity with AI/ML applications for process improvement are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance or Non-bank Payment service provider
- Superior leadership and teamwork skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently within a matrix, cross-functional, global organization
- Accomplished project manager operating in a client facing environment such as Consulting or Business transformation roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
