Job Summary
Coordinate payment and banking activities by driving action plans, ensuring corrective actions are taken, and guaranteeing timely, accurate transaction processing per service level agreements. Plan and monitor team work through goal setting, development planning, and working time administration while coaching members to achieve quality standards. Monitor and report key performance indicators, evaluate process improvements, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and productivity. Participate in multinational projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience in people manager role
- Experience working in a shared services center within a complex, high-volume environment
- Strong understanding and experience in payments and banking finance processes and process improvement
- Proficiency in SAP financials
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- English - fluent
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
- Curiosity with openness to new technologies
- Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
