Job Summary
Payment Application Analyst at a Regional Shared Service Center who will own payment processing and banking transactions across LATAM, prepare daily payment reports, reconcile accounts, resolve banking issues, and collaborate with finance teams during month-end. Responsibilities include executing supplier payments and internal transfers through banking portals, providing high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, acting as primary contact with banks to resolve issues, preparing management reports with insights to improve efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making through data visualization and analysis. Strong emphasis on accuracy, process adherence, and cross-country collaboration in a shared services setting.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduate of a university program in Finance or Accounting (required)
- 1+ years of accounts payable processing experience
- Intermediate English proficiency with strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (required)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure accuracy in high-volume payment processing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet established deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for reconciliations and issue resolution
