Job Summary
Payment & Settlement Senior Associate to oversee the execution, monitoring, and control of all payables and receivables across the firm, including dividend distributions, vendor payments, and internal expenses. Responsibilities include bank account monitoring, distribution calculations, cash management support, and implementing robust payment controls with a focus on fraud prevention and compliance with internal controls. The role emphasizes process automation, efficiency, governance, and collaboration with Finance and Operations teams, plus leadership of junior staff within the Payments team and ongoing stakeholder communications to ensure accurate, timely payments and strong client service across jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in payments, settlements, or operational finance roles
- 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity
