Job Summary
Verify payroll data, organize and maintain payroll records, and prepare, audit, and distribute payroll reports. Compute wages and deductions, enter payroll information into the system, issue paychecks, and provide information on payroll matters to employees and managers. Maintain confidentiality, support team goals, respond to employee concerns, and handle time clock settings and related payroll tasks. Back up payroll transmissions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while performing other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
