Payer Strategy Contract Specialist

Review contract proposals, language, and rate sheets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CommonSpirit Health standards. Recommend corrections, changes, and language opportunities to PSR leadership. Assist with developing project plans, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up for National Payers renewals. Ensure amendments, letters of agreement, and memoranda of understanding are signed by appropriate parties and fully executed for the Contract Administration team. Verify contract documents include rate escalators, obtain updated rate tables and fee schedules, and store all materials according to PSR and Legal Policies. Coordinate with team members to facilitate credentialing and re-credentialing of CSH entities.
