Job Summary
Pay for Performance Analyst serves as a key liaison for the P4P Outreach Coordinators and the Managed Care Contracting team, maximizing the effectiveness of Outreach and Care Management for attributed patient panels, and acting as the focal point for P4P daily operations and problem solving. Works with the Care Coordination team, physicians, nurses, office managers, information services & system coordinators from UHS entities and community-based practices. Makes recommendations regarding Care Coordination based on patient data and utilization trends.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Five (5) years of health care experience
- Five (5) years of medical terminology and ICD-9/10 coding
- Microsoft Office applications and analytics
