Paving Superintendent

Demonstrate technical proficiency in milling and paving operations while planning and organizing work to maximize crew productivity. Supervise field managers by scheduling manpower and equipment, mentoring them to lead crews, and implementing adjustments to job costs. Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are met and coordinate with asphalt plants, trucking dispatchers, and MOT teams for scheduling compliance. Follow the safety program including preplanning, PPE requirements, and accident reporting. Maintain professional relationships with the owner, engineer, and other construction team members to implement successful project plans.
