Job Summary
Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize specialized equipment to apply materials on pavement surfaces, ensuring maximum value for clients' assets. Responsibilities include performing line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and epoxy flooring. Technicians must maintain a safe job site, communicate daily with the Operations Manager, and plan production for high-quality projects. Candidates must have a clean full driver's license, reliable transportation, and possess critical thinking and attention to detail. Physical ability to handle demanding tasks and work independently is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work independently unsupervised
Desired Qualifications
