Job Summary
Lead field operations for EverLine Richmond & Central Virginia as an Operations Lead, owning crew leadership, warehouse/inventory management, equipment maintenance, and on-site quality from site prep to final walkthrough. Manage scheduling, logistics, safety, and compliance; train crew on operation, product application, and job execution; coordinate with ownership and ensure timely delivery of high-quality pavement maintenance and marking projects. Requires 3–5+ years leading field crews, strong communication, problem-solving, and a valid driver's license to operate truck/trailer.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience leading field crews in a trade, construction, landscaping, pavement, or similar hands-on environment
- Demonstrated ability to run a tight operation: organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong equipment aptitude — comfortable operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical equipment
- High standards for quality and zero tolerance for sloppy work
- Reliable, accountable, and proactive
- Clear communicator — can give direction, flag problems, and work with ownership constructively
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to operate a truck and trailer required
- Physical ability to perform and lead field work in outdoor conditions
