Job Summary
Oversees daily pavement maintenance operations including striping, crack seal and overlay; leads foremen and field crews; plans and schedules work activities for striping, crack seal, and overlay operations; ensures safety standards, specifications, and quality requirements; inspects completed work for accuracy and productivity; coordinates with inspectors, engineers, and internal leadership; monitors labor and material usage and reports field progress. Requires 5+ years in pavement maintenance with foreman/leadership experience; ability to read plans and work orders; valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug screening and background check. Outdoor field environment with exposure to asphalt and heavy equipment. Compensation includes target base salary $65,000–$75,000, company truck provided, bonus potential based on performance, with overtime and seasonal incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in pavement maintenance, asphalt, striping, or related construction work
- Prior foreman or crew leadership experience required
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and work orders
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
