Manage personal administration and payroll accounting by maintaining personnel files, contracts, and deadlines while coordinating with external payroll providers. Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes through job posting, candidate communication, and administrative coordination for employee transitions. Advance the development of the personnel development system, including role descriptions, competency models, and training initiatives. Steer feedback and development conversations, ensuring documentation and follow-up actions are tracked and implemented. Collaborate with process management and controlling to refine HR standards, templates, and documentation while monitoring HR metrics against strategic goals. Work closely with the Head of Business Administration to ensure reliable HR operations and foster a future-proof organizational culture.
