Job Summary
Perform manual labor and production-related tasks in a manufacturing environment while following work assignments from supervisors or team leads. Learn and safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to assist skilled employees with production activities and material movement. Read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements to maintain attention to detail and ensure products meet established quality standards. Inspect work for accuracy, report quality concerns, and keep work areas clean and organized. Wear required personal protective equipment and practice safe work habits at all times. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support production goals and assist in resolving production issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and safety information
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or move materials as required
- Frequent use of hands and arms to perform production tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
