Job Summary
Conduct daily operational tasks including safely guiding and loading vehicles, performing safety inspections, and using bug prep guns to prepare cars for wash. Execute facility maintenance duties such as vacuuming service processes, cleaning equipment and walls, and adhering to all safety standards and chemical exposure protocols. Greet guests, engage them using the four steps of service, and inform them about memberships and retail packages while maintaining a clean, organized car wash environment. Work in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain on your feet 100% of the day. Complete daily shift reports, attend mandatory training and team meetings, and participate in the nightly close-down checklist to ensure excellence, hard work, stewardship, difference, and community.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold,hot,wet,rain,snow)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet 100% of the day and outside
- Attend all mandatory training sessions
- Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
