Responsibilities include staging molding tools, loading tooling into cassettes with forklift, unloading and preparing tooling for production, cutting/installing/sanding/polishing gating systems on molding tools, participating in continuous improvement, learning basic pattern repairs, identifying and resolving molding scrap defects, and working in a team-driven environment to move quality products safely.
