Job Summary
Set up, adjust, and check patterns before and after mounting on molding lines. Operate a forklift and triloader to haul patterns from storage to the setup area for greensand or no-bake lines, then return them to correct storage locations. Use compressed air to blow off sand, push and pull pattern pieces into position, and secure them with a hoist and impact tool. Punch in the correct pattern number and maintain a clean, orderly work area while adhering to all safety rules. This safety-sensitive position requires self-motivation and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Attendance and work performance are evaluated. Required Qualifications
