Pattern Maker - Womenswear

Job Summary

Create, adjust, and refine patterns across all womenswear product categories using Lectra Modaris and CLO 3D to ensure high-quality fit and construction. Participate in weekly fit sessions to implement corrections for silhouette, balance, and consistency, while collaborating with designers to translate sketches into accurate technical solutions. Evaluate incoming samples, secure garment fit, and follow up on return insights and selling performance to support assortment development. Work closely with product developers and buyers to ensure feasibility through development and production. This full-time permanent role is based at the Head Office in Stockholm, requiring four days per week on-site with one day remote. The position is offered on a local contract, and candidates must have the legal right to work in Sweden. Applications must be submitted in English before August 28th through the career page only.

Required Qualifications

  • A few years' experience working as a Pattern Maker within the fashion industry
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern development
  • Experience working with different product types within Womenswear
  • Hands-on experience with PLM systems and pattern-making software, including Lectra Modaris
  • Ability to collaborate closely with designers and translate creative ideas into technical solutions
  • The ability to prioritize, stay structured, and deliver high-quality work in an operational role
  • Collaborative and enjoy working closely with others
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently when needed
  • Creative, curious, and interested in developing new silhouettes and fits
  • Focused and able to work in detail-heavy tasks over longer periods
  • Proactive and willing to contribute with your own ideas in the product development process
  • This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm
  • One day per week, you may work remotely
  • This position is offered on a local contract
  • You must have the legal right to work in Sweden

Desired Qualifications

  • Light woven experience
  • Experience with CLO 3D
