Job Summary
Maintain and repair tooling, dies, and mold tools in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and management. The role requires proficiency in blueprint reading, measurement tools, and various machinery operation, including lathes, mills, and CNC machines. Candidates must have strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and experience in tig welding and 3D CAD data usage for CNC programming. Accurate completion of quality documentation is essential, alongside a commitment to safety and flexibility in work hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least six (6) years of related experience as a Pattern Maker
- U.S Department of Labor Certificate of Completion as a Pattern Maker
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to work flexible shift hours, including day, afternoon, or night shifts, as well as overtime hours
- Satisfactorily complete the General Motors hiring process requirements which includes comprehensive assessments, drug testing, and a background check
