Patron Services Associate

Part-time Patron Services Associate at Missoula Children's Theatre responsible for box office ticketing, subscriptions, and support of theater visitors. Responsibilities include using Patron Manager to allocate seating and process orders, handling cash and credit transactions, maintaining ticketing and promotions reports, assisting Front of House during performances, supporting marketing campaigns, reconciling financial reports and ticketing transactions with operations staff, ensuring accurate ticketing information and box office policies are communicated, data entry and file maintenance in the ticketing database, supervising volunteers as needed, maintaining the box office, lobby, and concessions areas, assisting with merchandise/inventory, greeting visitors, answering calls, aiding program registration, creating social media content, maintaining CRM records, collecting email signups, supporting newsletters, tracking marketing trends, coordinating distribution of marketing collateral, and providing on-site support for events and campaigns. Minimum qualifications emphasize customer service, communication, and computer skills; desired qualifications include theater knowledge and experience with Patron Manager and ShowTix4U.
