Patron Program Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate patron acquisition, renewal, and lapsed recapture campaigns while scheduling, reporting, and meeting coordination for the Patron Program. Prepare event materials and manage logistics for patron gatherings, including private tours and special access opportunities. Maintain donor databases, track meeting notes, and serve as a liaison to high-level patrons via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Collaborate with advancement and events teams to execute communications and recognition initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of donor experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with occasional evening and weekend availability. Knowledge of the art and cultural sector is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 2–3 years of relevant experience working with members, donors, patrons, or in advancement/fundraising roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor with ability to engage effectively with high-level supporters
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
