Job Summary
Patrol Officer at Boulder, CO (Full Time) providing impeccable customer service and peace of mind to clients and guests while upholding integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. Responsibilities include conflict resolution, de-escalation, identifying and reporting safety issues, ensuring post orders and rounds are completed, and responding to emergencies with rapid judgment. Requires 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED, above-average computer/tech skills, and preferably Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience. Must maintain professionalism under stress, have strong attention to detail, and participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check). Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Above average computer / technology skills needed
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed
- Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
