Job Summary
Patrol Officers are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests and team members, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to Rivers Core Values. Key duties include patrolling external casino property, responding to disturbances, observing and reporting suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting guests with various needs, including escorts to their vehicles. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, complete a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least six months of related experience, and be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more related experience
- Must be able to communicate appropriately with established and new guests/players and team members
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work outside continuously in varying weather conditions
- Ability to assist guests with snow removal including scraping windows and shoveling snow
- Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
