Patio Cleaner

Hospitality-focused Patio Cleaner role in Essex Meadows' senior living community. Primary responsibilities include cleaning exterior siding within the porch area, wiping and maintaining porch railings and surfaces, cleaning porch screens, glass surfaces of porch doors, sweeping and maintaining wood porch flooring, vacuuming carpeted areas, cleaning screen door tracks, cleaning patio furniture on request, and maintaining cleaning equipment per policy. The role requires following safety guidelines, participating in required training and life safety drills, and maintaining resident privacy in line with HIPAA and company policies. All hires must pass pre-employment screening (fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and references). Some roles may involve vaccination-status questions. Schedule is seasonal, Monday–Friday day position (June–September), up to 40 hours per week; pay is $18/hour. Benefits are available to part-time and per diem employees. EEO Employer.
