Job Summary
Generate and execute restocking and inventory control plans with clients to ensure optimal product availability at the point of sale. Monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions at the store level. Conduct field visits to validate assortment, coverage, and category behavior, while collaborating with internal teams and client partners to optimize execution. Provide periodic status updates on performance, risks, and restocking progress. Requires 1 to 3 years of experience in modern retail inventory management, forecasting, and operational metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 1 a 3 years of experience in inventory management and restocking in modern retail or retail channels
- Sales analysis, demand forecasting, and product rotation
- Tracking of operational indicators (fill rate, coverage, service levels) and execution of action plans with clients
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Restocking platform tools
- Dashboard tools
- Forecasting tools and metrics for modern retail (FR, coverage, rotation)
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or visualization platforms
