Job Summary
Coordinate the entire patient journey from initial contact through appointment scheduling to pre- and post-procedure care for aesthetic procedures including liposuction, facelifts, and rhinoplasty. Manage consultation, examination, and surgery appointments in close coordination with physicians, surgical planning, and cross-functional teams. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions professionally, confidentially, and reliably. Prepare structured documentation and information for consultations, admissions, and follow-up to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate patient and appointment records in our systems while managing multiple concurrent processes. Work full-time or part-time (min. 32h) in the Main-Tauber Klinik Wertheim, part of the Westfalenklinik Group, supporting high-level care in plastic surgery and endobariatrics.
Required Qualifications
- Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab 32h)
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen
- Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Hospitality-Bereich
- vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Patientenbetreuung
- Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung
- Erfahrung im gehobenen Service
- Erfahrung im Praxismanagement
- Erfahrung im Bereich Beauty
- Erfahrung im Bereich Ästhetik
- Erfahrung im Bereich plastisch-ästhetische Chirurgie
- Interesse für ästhetische Medizin
- Gutes Gespür für die Erwartungen von Patienten in einem sensiblen, beratungsintensiven Umfeld
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Detailgenauigkeit
