Job Summary
Provide personalized weight-loss coaching to patients, guiding them through their weight loss journey with nutrition, lifestyle, and behavioral support. Collaborate with the clinical team on medications and treatment plans, track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and document sessions in the EMR. Bonus points for experience with GLP-1s or post-operative weight loss support. Must be a strong listener and communicator with a background in nutrition, health coaching, wellness, or nursing; coaching patients who have undergone lifestyle changes, GLP-1s, or bariatric procedures.
