Job Summary
Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff at Uniguest locations in Staten Island and Richmond, troubleshooting issues with bedside TVs, digital signage, and mobile applications. Collaborate with team members to resolve service problems and familiarize customers with interactive system features. Replace small defective equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, and phones as needed. Perform basic documentation and payment records while ensuring services meet customer expectations. Work part-time shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, lifting 25 lbs and climbing a 6-foot ladder.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between each location as needed
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder
- Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings; this includes COVID-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience 1 year is preferred
