Job Summary
Transport patients in a safe and timely manner to and from clinical units and diagnostic areas while following established policies and procedures. Receive and record accurate information from the TeleTracking system or dispatcher for each transport, accepting and completing job assignments via this system. Ensure safe patient movement within Munson Medical Center to support clinical staff. BCLS required or obtainable within six months; flu vaccination and specific immunity certifications also mandatory. Night shift position with $2,700 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BCLS
- Vaccination or lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
- Flu vaccine during flu season in the year of hire and annually thereafter, or approved medical or religious exemption
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in patient handling and working with the public
