Patient Transporter

Patient Transporter role at MUSC-Orangeburg campus: safely and timely transport of patients within the hospital, reporting to the Radiology Director. Requires HL/SHA-level education with 0-6 months’ work experience; BLS certification is required, ACLS preferred. Responsibilities include hospital-based patient movement across floors and departments, supporting patient safety and comfort, and adhering to clinical and safety standards. Shift is Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with weekend rotation; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform various mobility tasks is required.
