Patient Transporter

Patient Transporter role supporting Radiology/Imaging by assisting technologists, preparing patients for exams, and transporting patients to and from the Imaging department while ensuring comfort and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care before and after procedures, coordinating care with other providers, inspecting transport equipment, and, upon certification, performing IV insertion. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork. Shift: Full Time with a 7-on/7-off graveyard night schedule (10pm-8am). Benefits eligible. Location: Intermountain Medical Center, Murray, Utah. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma and Basic Life Support; preferred experience in patient care or customer service. Knowledge of EMR systems and safety regulations for imaging modalities is desired.
