Job Summary
Full-Time Patient Transporter at Morristown Medical Center. Responsible for identifying patient name, destination, mode of travel, and time; guiding escorts from admitting to designated areas; carrying luggage; assisting walking and wheelchair transport for ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients; transporting patients within the facility; delivering messages and medical records; and performing related duties. Requires HS Diploma or GED, English literacy, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPR certification is preferred. Starting rate $18.50/hr. Hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, including every other weekend.
